Return Process:

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, based on the delivery date shown in tracking. Items should then be shipped back within 7 days of the return request to qualify for a full refund.
• For orders delivered in multiple packages, the 7-day window starts from the final package’s delivery date.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined altogether.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
• Once we receive your returned package, allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.
