Return Process:
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, based on the delivery date shown in tracking. Items should then be shipped back within 7 days of the return request to qualify for a full refund.
- For orders delivered in multiple packages, the 7-day window starts from the final package’s delivery date.
- Returns that do not meet these criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined altogether.
